The Opportunity
Our client, a well-established and forward-thinking business, is looking for a Data & Business Analyst to join their Change function.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for data, process improvement, and business analysis to play a key role in driving operational efficiency and supporting strategic initiatives across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
Data, Reporting & Stakeholder Support
- Produce and maintain recurring and ad hoc reports for stakeholders and management
- Analyse and validate data, ensuring outputs are accurate and actionable
- Support business teams in leveraging data to improve decision-making and performance
- Manage incoming requests, track progress, and help prioritise workloads
- Provide support to users on reporting tools, processes, and templates
Change Delivery & Process Improvement
- Gather and document business requirements
- Conduct process mapping and analysis to identify inefficiencies and risks
- Support initiatives to automate, streamline, and improve business processes
- Assist in the design, testing, and rollout of reports, dashboards, and solutions
- Contribute to project delivery, including analysis, testing, and implementation support
Governance & Continuous Improvement
- Maintain clear documentation (processes, procedures, user guides)
- Support tracking tools (e.g. action logs, workflow systems)
- Contribute to improving team processes, standards, and ways of working
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Highly organised, analytical, and detail-oriented
- A strong communicator, able to build relationships across teams
- Proactive, curious, and keen to challenge and improve existing processes
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Skills & Experience
- Degree or relevant experience in business, data, finance, or technology
- Experience or strong interest in data analysis, reporting, or business analysis
- Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with structured data
- Exposure to tools such as SQL, Python, Power BI / Tableau, or similar (desirable)
- Ability to document processes, requirements, and solutions clearly
