  • Ensure data quality, lineage, and compliance with data protection legislation across all jurisdictions
  • Contribute to and help shape the Group's AI strategy, including the data architecture and governance framework that underpins it
  • Champion a data-driven culture and lead a Group-wide data literacy programme
  • Lead, develop, and manage a team of data engineers and data analysts

  • Significant experience in data architecture, data engineering, or analytics leadership in a multi-entity or multi-jurisdictional environment
  • Proven ownership of enterprise data platforms from design through to operational management
  • Strong technical skills across data modelling, ETL/integration, and BI tooling (e.g. Microsoft Fabric, Power BI)
  • Sound understanding of data governance, data quality, and data protection legislation in a regulated environment
  • Experience contributing to AI strategy and understanding of the data foundations required for responsible AI adoption
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage credibly at senior leadership level
  • Experience building and leading a data team, with a track record of developing data engineers and data analysts
  • Experience within financial services, professional services, or other regulated environments is desirable
